The use of this web site (lilinvictoria.com) and any purchases made from it, and/or Lilinvictoria promotional shows are governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. Lilinvictoria.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
Pricing:
Every effort is made to maintain the prices shown on this website; however, for reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.
Availability:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed an order. It is our policy, to only charge for in-stock items ready for shipping. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and given the choice of a later delivery or alternative product.
Special Orders and Sales:
Orders for special ‘One off a kind, Final Sale, Close Out, and ON SALE items’ is non-returnable.
Shipping:
Governed by the rules and regulations under shipping and returns. SEE: Shipping And Returns.
Payment:
Payment is by credit card, check or money order. All orders cancelled after credit card processing will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse any payment transaction.
Buyers Club Membership:
Membership must be renewed annually to maintain acquired discount level. Membership is governed by the rules found in Buyers Club How It Works.
Returned Goods:
Only items purchased on line from lilinvictoria.com can be exchanged through lilinvictoria.com. All sales processed at face to face Lilinvictoria promotional show locations are deemed as Final Sale and are not Returnable. Lilinvictoria.com does not always handle or sell the same Items as the face to face locations.
1. To return an item, purchased on line: Within ten (10) days of purchase, call Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) @ .203-482-1945
2. Send a copy of your packing slip (sales receipt) and include this RMA number, with a note, explaining what you are returning and why.
3. Ship your package to the address provided by Customer Service along with your RMA. Write your RMA on the outside of your package. We recommend that you ship your return package using the delivery signature required option and track to confirm that it has been received
4. Please Note: Refunds, Web Credits or exchanges cannot be processed until we have received the Item (s) being returned. Packages must be returned prepaid. Lilinvictoria.com will not accept any COD packages. Your returned item will be exchanged, replaced, or refunded to the credit card originally used. If you ordered and paid by Check, or money order, a refund check will be issued. Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable. Remember You are responsible for ALL shipping costs. Except in the event that wrong merchandise had been shipped. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
Damaged Goods:
Damaged goods should be returned prepaid to us for inspection within 10 days of the Sale. After inspection, if goods are determined to be faulty, we will ship a replacement item. If we determine the goods had been damaged in shipping we will assist you in filling a claim with the shipping company.
WARRANTIES:
Warranty Claims are to be submitted to the manufacture of the product (s) purchased, and are governed by their policies. LilinVictoria.com only offers a limited 10 day serviceability warranty on products sold on line.
Limitation of Liability:
The sole and maximum liability arising from any products purchased from this site shall be the price of the products ordered. In no event shall Lilinvictoria.com, or its directors, employees or other representatives be liable for shipping charges, special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind relating to products sold.
