RETURNS & WARRANTIES:
Warranty Claims are to be submitted to the manufacture of the product (s) purchased and are governed by their policies. LilinVictoria.com only offers a limited 10 day serviceability warranty on products sold on line.
NOTE: Only items purchased on line from lilinvictoria.com can be exchanged through lilinvictoria.com. All sales processed at face to face Lilinvictoria promotional show locations are deemed as Final Sale and are not Returnable. Lilinvictoria.com does not always handle or sell the same Items as the face to face locations.
1. To return an item, purchased on line: Within ten (10) days of purchase, call Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) @ .203-482-1945
2. Send a copy of your packing slip (sales receipt) and include this RMA number, with a note, explaining what you are returning and why.
3. Ship your package to the address provided by Customer Service along with your RMA. Write your RMA on the outside of your package. We recommend that you ship your return package using the delivery signature required option and track to confirm that it has been received.
4. Please Note: Refunds, Web Credits or exchanges cannot be processed until we have received the Item (s) being returned. Packages must be returned prepaid. Lilinvictoria.com will not accept any COD packages. Your returned item will be exchanged, replaced, or refunded to the credit card originally used. If you ordered and paid by Check, or money order, a refund check will be issued. Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable. Remember You are responsible for ALL shipping costs. Except in the event that wrong merchandise had been shipped. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
Damaged Goods:
Damaged goods should be returned to us Prepaid for Inspection within 10 days of Sale. After inspection, if goods are determined to be faulty, we will ship a replacement item. If we determine the goods had been damaged in shipping we will assist you in filling a claim with the shipping company.
